LARGE TV CONSOLE FOR LESS.. — LITTLEBITOFGRACE

Removing the wooden shelves in my Living room was on my top project list. We didn’t install them, the previous homeowners did and even though I enjoyed them for about two years, I wanted to do something that was more my style.

Before going more towards the modern Farmstyle look in my Home…My style was very rustic Farmstyle like. So removing the Antique Buffet since it didn’t go with everything else I had in the house the buffet was also something I wanted to change.

I wanted a large TV console because I knew by removing the shelves the space will look too empty. So, I started searching for a console online and absolutely nothing fit our budget..I mean the ones I loved range from $2,000-$4,000 and there was no way we were going to spend that much so as I was searching online at Target and fell in love with this TV console..the color was exactly what I was looking for but sadly it was too small , so I continued looking hoping to find a bigger console and the same color. So ya’ll I saw this 2 door cabinet in the same “Brown” color I loved and thought maybe if I buy 3 it would be a 96” inches wide….about the size I need it .. so Bingo, my husband bought the 3 2 door cabinets for under $800 and ya’ll they were so perfect!!

I Love it ..the color is perfect and exactly what I wanted . My Living room looks so different and I’m all for it. Making changes is good, you just want to make sure that you’ll stick with that change long term especially when you’re on a budget. That’s exactly what I had in mind and I know for sure these cabinets will stay for a long time.

I do want to add storge baskets, the Rattan on the doors are a little see thru and you can see anything that’s light colored. I also think adding baskets will keep everything organized….and that’s exactly what I need in my Home lol.

I love how easy it is to Style, I mean I’ve changed the Decor twice just because I fell in love with this lamp from Kirkland’s and thought it was perfect on the TV console. I Love extra lighting in a Room/Space just makes it feel so much cozier …Overall, Im so happy with how everything turned out with the TV console and paid less than what others cost!!
